What will / won't draw?

I will draw:

Feral/anthro animals (mostly mammals); human(oids); classic/pastel gore; LGBTQ+ characters,

characters of color and characters of all body types etc.

I am open to experiment with species I've never drawn before

​

I won't draw:

NSFW; hate art, fetish art etc; certain fandom OCs [Sonic, MLP, FNAF etc.]; mecha

​

Ask for other things if unsure!

DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU ARE:

racist, a nazi, a pedo, a terf, transmed, transphobe, homophobe, ableist etc.

or support any of the above.

General:

​

1. ALL communication is done via email. Social media DM systems are way too unreliable these days.

 

2. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

​

3. I won't accept commissions from a client that is under 18 years old.​ By buying from me you confirm being over 18y.o and having full rights to the funds used to buy a commission from me. 

​

• While all of my work is mostly SFW I require all of my commissioners to be over 18 years old. This is for my own sense of security as I do not want to deal with chargebacks from angry parents.​​

 

4. I won't accept commissions from heavy/uncensored NSFW accounts. It's nothing personal, it's just something I'm not comfortable with. You're more than welcome to use an alt, sfw account.

​

5.  If the client becomes rude or abusive during the commission process I will cancel the commission and refund the client partially or in full depending on the progress completed already.

​

6.  While any conversation I hold with the client is friendly and pretty casual most of the time, please remember that it's still a business conversation. I try to be professional and respectful and expect the same from my clients.

 

7. I will absolutely NOT tolerate roleplay and NSFW talk of any sorts during our communnication.  

​

8. Don't be the reason I add more stuff here. 

​

Payment:

​

1. Payment should be issued within a 72 hours of receiving the invoice unless agreed otherwise.

​

2. Payment in USD, via Stripe or PayPal and in PLN via Bank Transfer*

​

• Stripe is the most encouraged option for international clients and what I default to. Lesser fees than PayPal. No need for an account to pay. Card payment only.

​

• If it's more comfortable/safe/only option you have, payment through PayPal is available with no extra charge. 

​

• Polish customers (or those who own Polish bank account) can choose to pay through a bank transfer in our native currency (PLN/ZŁ). I use Stripe's currency exchange rates to determine the price in PLN.

​

• I do not accept payments in cryptocurrencies, if you pay me with crypto I will refund you immediately, block you on all my platforms and put you on a blacklist.

​

3. I take the whole payment upfront. Payment for more complex commissions or those above 200 USD can be split into 50% upfront and 50% after approval of the sketch phase. No work will be continued until full payment is issued.

​

4. Please only order a commission if you know you can afford it.

​

5. Tips are always appreciated but not mandatory.

Refunds:

1. I do refunds if needed, please contact me!

​

2. Clients shall receive a full refund if:

​

• I cancel the commission for personal reasons.

• They cancel the commission before work has begun.

​

3. ​​Clients shall receive a partial refund if they cancel the commission after I have began working on it:​

​

• Cancelation before sketch is finished grants full refund.

• Cancelation after the sketch has been approved grants 50% refund.

• Cancelation after lineart has been done grants 25% refund if the commissioned piece included shading or no refund if the ordered piece was flat couloured.

• No refunds after putting down flat colours.

​

4. I WILL NOT grant a refund for already finished commission for the reason of breakup/friendship fallout etc. I am not financially responsible for your relationships.​

​

• If a fallout happens while the commission is being worked on, a cancellation and partial refund is possible following the rules of point 3 above.

​

5. Refunds shall be transferred as soon as reasonably possible. In the case that I have insufficient funds in my account to refund immediately, the first following earnings transferred to my account will go towards the refund. 

​

6. If you file for a chargeback at anytime instead of contacting me you will be permanently blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me.

​

WIPs and edits:

​

1. WIP sketches are always provided. Any major corrections will be made only in the sketch phase.

In case of shaded commissions I also provide second WIP of flat colours to approve before continuing on with the piece.

​

2. When I provide you with the sketch you're more than welcome to redline the corrections you want made.

 

3. I allow up to ONE free, full re-do of the sketch. If the need to do so came from me misunderstanding the prompt you're still eligible for one free re-do.

 

• Please know what you want; I won't be re-doing a whole sketch multiple times. Not without an extra fee. 

• Does not apply if full artistic freedom was granted. Minor changes are ok; I won't re-do the whole sketch.

4. In case of the sketch being rejected and new one being made, the previous one can be reused and sold as a YCH by me.

​

5. Once your artwork has been completed I will not make any further changes to the piece unless it's a mistake on my part.

​

Queue and waiting time:

1. Commissions are always worked on in order in which they've been ordered.

​

2. Your commission should be done within a month, maximum two (can be more in case of full illustration).

Most commissions are finished within the first month, but I reserve myself more time in case of unexpected delays. You'll always be informed about any major delays.

​

3. Upon commissioning me you get acces to my public queue where you can track progress of your commission as often as you like. The queue is updated reqularly and contains detailed information on the progress. Please don't rush me, or pester for updates daily, such beahviour won't be tolerated and will result in canceling the commission and being blacklisted from future purchases.

​

Permissions:

​

I reserve the full rights to my artwork by default. I am allowed to post your commission and Work In Progress Stages to any other social media of mine that includes making process video of your commission and posting it to my youtube or livestreaming the process. 

​

You may, with proper credit:

• Use your commission as avatar, banner on social media

• Use your commission as a stream/youtube channel decor etc. 

• Print the art you commissioned on a sticker, mug, shirt etc. in limited quantities for personal/non profit use only!

• Repost art you commissioned as long as there's credit linking back to any of my socials.

If you're commissioning a piece for a specific use (convention badge, phone wallpaper, twitter banner, etc.) feel free to let me know so I can accommodate! I can adjust the dimensions of the canvas, add names to badges, add white outlines for stickers, change the crop for banners, etc.

​

You may not:

• Claim my art as your own

• Sell my artwork in any way

• Edit my work or remove my watermark

• Use art you commissioned to make mass produced merch to sell for profit (I you're interested in such design contact me and we can discuss the cost of a commercial fee)

• Under no circumstances you're allowed to feed art you commissioned to any AI image generator, turn it into NFT or anything of this sort. Doing so will result in permablock and getting blacklisted.
